Art @ The Coffee House

Artist: RON BENOIT

Ron is an multi-award winning artist and has worked from a beginning in commercial art. Ron is a native Louisianan but migrated for a brief period to the NASHVILLE area where he worked on award winning graphic designs for the "STARS", T-shirts , posters and the likes of his now estranged beginnings. Ron's show has brought some interesting perspective to C@fe AuL@it.

RON BENOIT (BE-NWA) is currently on display at CAfe AuL@it. Ron is an award winning artist with a studio in the original “RIVER OAKS” artist complex.

RIVER OAKS is funded in part by the municipality and is dedicated to the conservation and encouragement of art. River Oaks is slated for demolition but funding has been made available for new facilities located at a historic site in downtown Alexandria,La.

Ron is working on an exciting project at the moment. He has purchased and is renovating a historic Downtown Building. The building will be a home to Ron's studio, gallery and hopefully that of aspiring area artists. A roof top cafe and other retail facilities will be housed in this 16,000 foot property.

Ron’s work has won awards in numerous noteworthy competitions hanging in such prestigious galleries as the RODEO GALLERIES, La'Maison Mourlot and The Legacy Gallery located in, Hot Springs & Los Angeles.

See for yourself. Ron's upcoming one man show may be viewed at The Legacy Galleries which also houses a portion of his permanent space. Ron’s work also has permanent space at C@fe AuL@it in Alexandria, La. Ron's focus and direction is motivated and inspired by a new and unique art perception that he has dubbed "Dreamscapes". "Dreamscapes" are prized among Benoit collectors, not only because of their one of a kind uniquity but the technique that makes each "Dreamscape" a collectors personal treasure.
